One of my favorite Chinese restaurants in the 626! Their dishes are always perfectly seasoned - not too bland, not too salty, just perfect plus the wok hee is great as well. Compliments to the chef! Every dish I've ordered is great! Service can be a hit or miss especially if they're busy- and don't check in on you. So you have to wave them down or just walk up to someone - but that truly gives the authentic feel of an asian restaurant ran by middle-older aged folks who lack English. It's part of the vibes They got lunch special from 11-6pm Mon-Friday. Currently lunch special dishes are $12. With inflation, they've gone up but hey $12 is still cheaper than their regular dinner prices and if you go to an American restaurant or fancier restaurants. The $12 menu doesn't have every dish but they got some classics like black bean clams, salt and pepper squid/pork chop/shrimp, eggplant, fish fillet with different sauces green beans, and more!

I love this place, it's one of my must-eat restaurants whenever I visit LA. It's sort of basic in terms of ambience, staff, decor, etc... but the food is solid, consistent, comfortable, and fairly-priced. That's good enough for me! Our usual orders if anyone wants suggestions: 1. the fish (cod?) slathered in corn egg drop soup: this is my favorite dish! The fish is perfectly fried yet tender, and the crunch pairs so well with the egg soup and rice! 2. pork belly with preserved veggies (meigan cai) 3. salted fish fried rice (I feel like this went downhill a bit, could've sworn it used to be more flavorful and had more salted fish bits) 4. shrimp and egg: such a comfort dish!

This place is a hidden gem! One of the best Chinese restaurants in SGV. I recommend the sweet and sour pork + fried fish/squid.

This place is truly a hidden gem, the value here is unmatched and it's a great place for family style dining. My in-laws love this place and it a gathering spot to meet up with their friends. It's a good sign when you see older Asian folks dining at this place. I would recommend trying the sweet and sour pork. Perfect balance and not overly sweet. If you're looking for a food adventure in the 626. You got to check this place out.

I went back recently and the food is still pretty good, especially for the price. Their lunch specials run until 5:30 PM I think. I was a little turned off by the low health ratings but our whole family ate the food (ordered 5-6 items) and we were all fine. Just wanted to put that out there for everyone lol. The parking continues to be a bit of the pain since the plaza is crowded, but other than that, this is still a good spot for cheap Chinese food.
